Sunday morning

Off to Mayang yesterday morning.

Then to One U with Bernard. Got his brother's guitar fixed and had lunch.

Gah!

I saw this incredibly cute little girl who was half Caucasian and half Chinese. She speaks Mandarin to her Mama and English to Daddy.

I dared Bernard to wink at her. Haha. He did. A few times. Luckily her parents didn't catch him doing it. But she told her mummy anyway. So kewt!!

Then out of the blue, she started playing hide-and-seek with me, you know?!!

Do you know how incredibly happy I was?! A child WANTS to play with ME!! Hard to come by. Haha.

When she left, her daddy said, "Don't you want to say 'bye bye' to your new friends?" And so, she came back into sight, smiled and waved.

Oh boy. Feel like screaming now.

Maybe I should work in a kindergarden when I'm done with my diploma.


Then, we went to watch a movie.

1408. Damn freaky.

The weak-hearted, like me, hehe, are advised not to get tickets.

It's about this author that writes about the supernatural. He received a postcard asking him not to stay in Room 1408 in the Dolphin Hotel.

That was a bit stupid la.

The author hasn't even heard of the hotel and yet a postcard was sent there to entice him.

The hotel manager, played by Samuel L. Jackson said that no one lasted for an hour in the room.

Now this part was freaky.

He got into the room. Loitered. Then looked out the window.

Suddenly, the radio clock played a song loudly.

I will no longer enjoy We've Only Just Begun by The Carpenters.

Then the time on the radio clock ran and started a countdown timer.

*Gasp*

60 minutes and counting!!!

"Nobody lasts more than an hour," the manager said.

Fast forward.

60 minutes was up.

Everything was back to normal. BUT. The timer started the 60-minute countdown again.

*screams*

Seriously. Siok Wah will most probably enjoy it. Good acceptance overseas. And it got the Bernard seal of approval, okay?! =)

Not easy for films to get that. Most of them are classified as boring or funny.






There are some parts that he didn't find alright, but it was okay all in all.
