Chinese New Year updates

Aunty Manise came from Jakarta for CNY. Had steamboat for dinner and grandpa told grandma to get herself some lipstick during the ang pao giving session, since she always said he never bought her things like that.


18th Feb 07
The family was in full packing mode that morning. We're heading off to Tampin for CNY: Day 1.
Whoo! Drove from KL to Seremban! Syok. Next time there's a roadtrip, I'm driving! Sitting in the backseat is just too boring.

Played a bit with Jason's camera. My goodness, the screen is soooo clear! Yup, the SCREEN. Not the pictures, obviously the pictures will be damn clear lar, with the megapixels and whatnot. But it's the screen, you know?!

Left for PJ at 1 something in the afternoon. Mother didn't let her girls drive. I stuffed myself on the way home. Unfortunately, I ran out of food. There was a jam for about 6 to 8km on the North-South Highway.

Malaysians are really a bunch busybodies lar.. Accident, look. A convoy of motorcyclists checking out each others bike at the side of the road, look. Anything at the side of the road, also look.. But it could just be the human response lar.. Something passes by at the corner of your eye, you would sure look right?

Had pizza for dinner tonight and here I am surfing and blogging.
