Grandma got robbed of her cellphone.
Haiyooooo.... Angry la.
It happened this afternoon. Don't exactly know what time.
She was walking to/from her friend's house, which is 2 or 3 houses away, for/after Mahjong session.
Then this motorcyclist came up and grabbed her cell. The thief had his engine killed, so she didn't hear a thing.
She got hurt. Left wrist swollen, scraped her cheekbone, swollen thumb and all. Bruised everywhere la.
This really is shit.
The biggest piece of shit of all was that, after the incident, she didn't even come home.
*furious*
She said that it wasn't really a big deal. Her injuries aren't too serious, she says.
Pfft.
I get it that she tries not to pile her things on Dad and Mum, 'cause you know la, somehow a lot of grandparents all funny, funny wan.. Don't want to burden their kids with their problems or something.
But that was totally wrong. Her not coming home for rest and getting assistance for her wounds was just wrong.
And then there comes the matter where her son doesn't show the appropriate type of concern. He just talks and talks and talks.
Deep down, he actually does care, as in Aiyo-are-you-okay?! care. But he's not the kind that makes it explicit.
GRrRRrRrr... Whatever.
Curse them all who snatch and steal.

Hope your grandma will get recovered soon both physically and mentally (shock from theft snatched). Don't let her go out alone anymore, bring her to the mahjong house and ask her to call home when she wants to go home, next time.
