Apparently there were people using this disaster as an opportunity to reap in profits. They wrote e-books and sold it to us desperate people who want to save our accounts.

Anyway, after consulting Jason about using a US bank account (just like what PP wants us to do), turns out that it wasn't a good idea. So I'm going for the VMI Card thing. Already sent an email to them.

Hopefully Millie dear can reply ASAP, so I can settle the unclaimed funds. Then I don't have to worry.
