Let me educate you men about the menstrual experience. From the perspective of this one woman.
I'm not going to touch on the scientific side of it, like how it occurs, why it occurs, la la la.. That's boring.
Every month, women go through a period where they have to endure pain, feeling weak, uncomfortability, and more pain. Generally, the pain is bearable. For the lucky ones la. Worse case scenario, you'll be bedridden. You'll throw up, feel cold, and shake, get stomach cramps, and cannot EVER get into a comfortable position.
We can take medication. But that's, of course, not healthy and not encouraged as painkillers will do us no good in the long run. I took'em anyway. This one's killing me.
See how much pain we go through? And how many men out there understand that? I'm not sure. That's purely a question I'd like answered. How many of you go out to the store, alone, to buy your girlfriends or wives sanitary napkins? My dad buys them for the girls in the family and he seems happy doing it. Haha. =D
Do you feel a little embarrassed? I don't know la. I just want some answers. I'm super curious.
So, besides the uncomfortability.. We still have to go to work, drive around all day (depending on her job), do heavy labour, meet clients, la la la.. "Meh...", some of you may say. YOU TRY GETTING COOPED UP IN THE CAR WITH YOUR BACK AND STOMACH, HIGHLY IN PAIN FOR AN HOUR AND MORE AND SEE???!!!
*ahem*

I'm a man, and not every man don't care about woman's menstrual.
I'm one who cares, especially for my gf =p. I use to buy what I called PAMPERS for my gf and mom too! lol!
Nothing to be a shame of.
And I know a way man should threat or do on your woman while they are not feeling well or getting cramp in the stomach.
Hug in the way you all feel comfortable, face to face, lay down instead of standing, and the man should try to rub the woman's lowerback.
I think this way the woman may feel somewhat better or comfortable.
But I couldn't be sure all woman feels the same.
Even though I have no gf currently, I still care about the girls around me la.
If my mum and my sis (and probably future gf) ask me to buy sanitary pads, no problem for me at all.
We guys should really understand women. Cannot take it for granted.

stupid period pain process. made my day worst for many thousand times already. haha.
ya, wayne got shocked by my period painess for the 1st time i was so in pain when being with him. i cried in the car while he kept speeding to send me home. he was freaked out! haha
hahahaha usually i will just sleep.
