hahaha. i get that alot from my company's customers lol.
haha. customer service tak syok wan ah?
i got pissed by one of the customers/players on the phone this morning & raised my tone on him. that idiot thought he knows everything & was starting senseless long arguments.so yeah, i guess that pretty much sums up on what i think abt CS for u.
