Mum was saying she found the drama very emotional because it was something she could relate to. She heard her fair share of stories of Rose Chan when she was younger. And her impression of Rose then, was that of a lady whom people perceived as 'No good'.
Rather typical for that time and age.
The men were laughing when they talked about her. *Eeeew*
But after watching the drama, assuming that it was somewhat factual la.. She began to realise how hard Rose's life was. That equals to 'touching/emotional'. Equals to 'tears'.
And she kept saying that this was not there at that time, that was not there. True la. But sometimes when you have so many interns in the production, you tend to overlook some things. -_-
That's how it is with DV.. Interns galore.

hahah, haven't seen the last epi. but looking back, that was a shit load of stuff we did appearing in there, so its kinda proud for me. how bout you two think?
I'm proud too. While watching, I'll always think back and then I'll make a lot of noise. I think I ruined the watching experience for my mother and grandmother. Heeheehee..
