Juice does work.

... but I heard fibre is better. HaHa.

For a few weeks now, Boyfriend and I have been having beverages from Juiceworks. (And Dad thinks I'm not having enough vitamins and fibre!) The site isn't really updated though.

I had the best one today. Digesta Aid! Banana, papaya, a choice of muesli or wheatbix (I think that's how you spell it), a choice of milk or soy milk, low-fat vanilla ice cream (They use Bulla ice cream!), and.. Ya, I think that's it. There may be more though. But it was REALLY good!

The taste of banana is stronger. Then it makes you chew a little because of the muesli. And it's not entirely ice, so it feels a little creamy.

They have drinks for meal replacements, body conscious people (technically, those who want to keep fit), and detoxing. They also have a category for those who like tropical fruits.

Very Berry Something is really good too, cause it's got chocolate. It's chocolate, vanilla ice cream, and strawberries. I had it twice.

Kiwi Lemonade was just plain sour! As its name suggests, it has kiwi and lemon. Plus ice cubes. HahA.

Pink passion is really good too. It's got passion fruit, strawberries, mango and sorbet. It's ice-blended. So I don't really like the texture and the cold, but I really like the taste. It's like naturally sweet, a little sour. Zesty.

Go try! *plugplugplug* The blends range from RM5.95 to around RM10.95. Not too expensive. They have branches in OneU, Curve, Midvalley, Gardens, and KLCC.

Sigh. I'm missing Digesta Aid. It's just reEEeeEEally good.

But I'm planning to make my own when I find out what kind of muesli to use!
