I was at a chinese herb shop today with Ma. And I don't know how it got there, but it did.
Mum was talking about how we've (the twins) got so much time on our hands now, and that we're not really having a job, she thought she might send us to Japan for two months.
At first she wanted to send us to SINGAPORE! To our uncle. And she thought he could get us a part-time job there. Is it even legal to work there without permits?? But circumstances did not allow. So it's Japan.
Can you imagine if I had family in other parts of the world, where she'd think of shipping me off to?? The States would be next year just before school starts. So I think that's confirmed.
It's nice being able to go to Japan, but what about my 宝贝? Who's going to cuddle my baby? And Pinky. Who's going to be her extra set of ears?? And my JOB!! How am I going to have money to spend when I'm back??
See la. Tempting as it is, still have to think about it very carefully.

Vel: Mother say ma. But then go there stay two months don't know do what. But ya lo. HAha. I've always had this idea of travelling, which is to stay for about a week in one place then move on to the next.

Hey, you know what, just go. Go to Japan. I spent two months in Japan, and few weeks ago I was there again for few days. Eat with the locals, go to their shops, take lots of pics, check out Akihabara (their electronic/gadgets town), Yokohama (excellent night view), Odaiba (super super nice for dating and strolling at night, TRUST ME!!), Chiba (disneyland!), and many more.... 2 months is not long. You won't regret it. I love Japan. Which part you going anyway? All the places I mentioned is within 2 hours train ride around Tokyo. I spent a few days in Hiroshima, which basically sucked lah.
All: I'm not worried about the language barrier la honestly. Three important words that we need to know is..,
1. "How much?" *Hold the item and point*
2. "No." *shake head*
3. "Okay. Buy." *Nod*
=)
And I'm going to Yokohama, mainly. Cause there's where my aunt is. But ya lo. Will be travelling around a bit. Tokyo, definitely. Isn't it the must-go-to places? Haha.
