I'm pretty sure everybody agrees that sex sells. I agree, too. But you don't have to use it for EVERYTHING or MOST of your topics. I guess that's your niche. Kua.

Basically, we're talking about the ever boring and life-long issue of *cue echo and high volume* ETHICS.

In the case of Nuffnang, many use the topic of sex or anything sexual to draw traffic. Yes, I understand that you want grrr-eeeat stats, so you'll be filthy--in your own definition--rich. But-- *Refers to Innit's T&C*-- Says here,under.. errr.. Section (Used correctly?) [5],

"... you agree not to use the Services:"

Clause [2]..,

to post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;

OKAY! So you guys censor out some parts. Perhaps only a percentage of you do, I don't know. Hey, anyhow, someone can argue that you're degrading women and shit, for example.

By the way, same section, clause [4]..,

to post any articles or blog entries that seek to market, advertise, or expose any other local blog advertising networks or any Nuffnang Competitors to the Nuffnang Community at Innit.

Wasn't this the hype a couple of months back or something?


So Innit says..,

Innit may remove any Content and Innit accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all.

I guess nobody complained. Because the majority of you are horny. =) Those who aren't? Probably just don't bother.

BUT THEN AGAIN!

This kinda proves that Nuffnang doesn't monitor the content. BUT THEN AGAIN AGAIN! Aren't they all?

The point is, should you or should you not keep using sex as a point to make you rich? And should NN make it a point to discourage members from using sex as a tool for personal monetary gains?

Counted as personal gains right??


By the way again, Innit also says..,

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. Innit reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

No wonder they didn't say anything (about the Dang-ing. So old issue la.)! All those time when I saw Mr Timothy on Innit.. Okay, okay. Understand. =)
