SP - Family health insurance

How much does family health insurance cost? Actually I don't know much about insurance.

But from what I pick up from the two insurance agents around me, is that:

1. If need to operate overseas, you can only claim a certain amount from the agency.

Example: My rhinoplasty overseas costs USD300 (some cheap ass surgery la k?). The agency investigates and finds out that a rhinoplasty here in Malaysia is about USD150. Therefore, they will only compensate you what it costs in Malaysia.

2. Insurance agents have a quota of up to five digits. That's super scary. For me. Because I cannot imagine being able to fulfill it.

3. You can pay your insurance fees on a monthly or yearly basis.

Yeah, I think that's it.
