The day where work was horrifc.

Sometimes when the day is weird, I wish I could just take some Hydroxycut hardcore pills and, VoOoOm! I become a big guy and make right the problem.

But of course, that would never happen. I'm partly in customer service as well. Where can right? Big NO NO.

And the phrase, 'The customer is always right', is it still practised today? I seriously hope not.

although the customer is wrong, you must patiently explain the situation.

Bt if they call for customer service, most probbly they are kinda frustrated with the service of your company.

So, in this case...the customer is always right. Coz if your company warent wrong, the customer wouldn't call.

Be cool, stay cool. =)

im sure u learnt in marketing.

there are customers that u should get rid off as well... these are the leachers, it costs more to satisfy them, more than what u can reap from them.

on the other hand, if thats a loyal customer, even though hes wrong this once, u'd wanna let him be right, cuz his fcustomer equity(future spending will continue) as they call it is much higher.

Okay. Let me explain. My workplace is a book renting business. There is a time limit on how long you can rent a book. But when it's overdue, we charge. Some books that were rented even from last year they want to argue leh. So how?

too bad youre not the boss with more power...

if u were your boss, u can follow as i had explained.

if this customer is not profitable..throw away. charge him that 1 year penalty ..and it will be a good thing he doesnt come again. with a 1 year late return, i bet u can lend the book and make several businesses(rentals). ure better off with him gone..

if he seldom defaults, and rents alot..and its not very serious, let him go loh. since he rents alot, hes going to continue renting alot if hes a happy customer.

erm...then...its not your fault leh....jz ignore him lorh....

Here's the catch! EVERYBODY is a regular. They say that too when they're charged. And many of them return within the time limit, mainly because they finish the book. Some just forget about it. One of the reasons why they're late.

So what do you do now?
