I ate this sticky kuih, which is pink and looks like steamed flour and an Ang Ku kuih just now, I'm fairly certain I'm going to die of indigestion.
I've had so much unhealthy food for dinner tonight-ang ku with coconut filling, that sticky pink flour, and the chicken pieces with super a lot of MSG and salt from the night market. Which is pretty ironic since I just read about what increases the risk of one having breast cancer.
I told myself to start exercising regularly and try to eat more healthy foods, as well as taking six small meals a day.
Okay. That last one was real far-fetched. I don't have enough breaks in the day to actually feed myself six times a day.
But I'll try to stick to it. The first two, for now.
