Let's say, you're in a job enlistment section in a forum like Lowyat or ModelFreelancer.
You spot a job you're quite interested in. Do you leave a message like this..
"I'm interested in this job, please PM me."
or..
"PM me details please......."
or.. PM the fella (if no contact details were provided) and ask for their contact details (address to send resume etc.) so you can proceed with the necessary arrangements?
I mean, the Job Providers (JPs) are saying they want to recruit people. But why would the Job Seekers (JSs) ask the JPs to PM them. The most appropriate course of action that I can think of, is to approach the JPs and get their contact and make an appointment and such.
Do you understand what I'm trying to say here????

maybe the lack of details before they need to ascertain whether they are capable of that job ?
every time i surf that section, most of them ask the JPs to pm them the details. i was thinking the same like you too.
if you want the job, why don't you take the initiatives to pm the JPs?
Jenny: Well, that's true. But they could've contacted the advertiser if there was a number or email. Or pm the advertiser requesting for more info.
Vel: Yeah man!
