If I didn't, I would've beaten myself up for not doing enough research.
I was looking for vintage tees for my baby on this website, teeshirtsrock[dot]com (TSR). ...
Found some pretty nice ones that I thought he might like. Really quite nice wan lo. I checked out and searched for coupon codes I could use. Most sites require you to sign up as members. However, there are those few that just share them. And, there are those who make partial profit from your purchases. They provide you with a link from their site that activates the coupon and sends you to TSR's site at the same time. It's by this site called shareasale[dot]com.
I got to this site, coolcomputing[dot]com, and saw this..

Is that a threat?????
Uh huh.
I don't understand how they can still run after these claims/reports/reviews. Not enough publicity about the problem? Back doors? Conspiracy?
These coupon sites could be in it for all we know. They get a percentage of all successful referrals wert.
Anyway, as much as you may enjoy purchasing stuff online, do more research. So, so important. It's not the first time I've been to TSR. I've browsed and wanted to buy before this, but don't know why I didn't. =)
Please take note. And spread the word!! I'm going to find out how to report this to the relevant authorities. =)
