They have decreased the international call rates. Malaysia is now $0.66/minute + $0.35 connection fee. International text is $0.28.
Optus charges $0.64/minute + $0.35 connection fee. International text is $0.35.

Calls within Australia is $0.88/minute + $0.35 connection fee. Optus charges an extra $0.01/minute (for Turbo cap).

Yes. By $0.03 for text, and $0.10 for calls.
