To those who are growing up and cooking your own meals (mostly students la) or whoever that doesn't know how to buy veggies and fruits. *cue china man* Do the right thing! *end cue*
Kraft Food has a section called 'Seasonal Produce', where it teaches you how to choose broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes, asparagus, potatoes etc., when purchasing. It also has tips on preparation and serving.
I found out that we've been doing the wrong thing for quite a few of our veggies. We're not supposed to keep potatoes in the fridge. Apparently. I don't know why. Room temperature is fine.
Even our mushrooms were stored wrongly. Retain the paper bags, ladies! Storing mushrooms in plastic will make it slimy. Applicable to fresh mushrooms only.
Too bad they don't have one on lettuce.

Do we still have mushrooms?
Tonight, or for lunch: chicken with honey mustard sauce, tom yam fried rice and baby corn with tomatoes and mushrooms, if there's any left. If not, finish off the lettuce.
Also, can you make your blog mobile friendly?
Mushrooms dah habis. I hate cooked tomatoes. I really do. Don't you find that tomatoes make the whole dish taste funny? Or different?
I've searched about the mobile-friendly thing. I get what mikeindustries.com is saying, but Ihave to register for a subdomain and SAVE that PHP code is it?? He says throw it at the root of your server. What the hell does that mean??
