Why can't they eat real chilli!?

"I bought curry puffs today from a cafe in uni. 50c each. Big and 3D-triangular. But so eew the taste. The dough wasn't even fully cooked. I dunno why I still buy Asian food from white people. hEhe."

I can't believe I said that. So not me. Somehow. Whatever la. A shock now and then would be nice, no? Keeps things amusing, for myself ma. HaHahA.

They put pepper and some weird spice in the filling. Aren't they supposed to throw in curry powder or something? It's called 'curry puff' for a reason.

I need Asian kuih-muih like, Gao Chang Kou (九层糕/9-layered cake), Kuih Bahalu, Ang Ku Kuih, and curry puffs. Specifically, Ikea curry puffs. They are so damn good.

I have the recipes for the first three. The flour for kuih bahalu has to be sunned for a day before use. Like that's going to happen. Sigh. My recipe book is sitting oh-so-lonely in my drawer.

The Asian market in Canning Vale has some kuihs. But it's too far. The other market in High Street.. I don't know. Haven't seen any. The Asian market in Karawara.. Don't know either. Didn't check out the whole shop.

There's a super cold curry puff on my desk. I don't know what to do with it.
