Are we or are we not a developed nation?

I'm confused. It seems a lot of us are.

It looks like Sri KDU is implying that we are..
In developed countries, smart schools have shifted the paradigm of teaching-learning in education to focus on student needs and capabilities and individual student development. - School Model

And I remember Hwey mentioning that she found out that we weren't.

So are we or are we not a developed country?

And hor.. Something I saw on MYC! la. I got curious.

September cover girl is Mel C (our very own). And apparently she's in KDU. KDU very good meh ha actually? I'm not too sure how great the syllabus is la, because I realised that they focus a lot on journalism.. Taylor's also. But KDU has a gem within the faculty who teaches Media Law and Critical Thinking. HAHAhA.

Anyway, in her site it says that she's Australian. So I was wondering whether KDU charged her Malaysian fee or International student fee.

Yup. That was what I was curious about.

Op. And while looking for info, I saw a familiar face on the Sri KDU website. And MYC.

And why is the smart school more canggih than the college ah? Did a bulk of the funds go there instead?
