Duhhh.. *drool*

I guess to encourage the younger generation to read the news more often, The Star launched The Daily Chilli. It's like a news site for the young. And in order to do that, you have to make it an easy read.

But it's making the already easy-read [of The Star] into an easier read.

The Star's writing style, if you can call it, is targeted at age 12 and below, if I remember correctly. Now they're dropping it some more.

To a more conversational style. It just seems really interesting to me. Here's one:

'Loony' war plan????

You serious ah?? Even if it is loony, are you supposed to do that? I mean, don't foreign students read the news too?? I guess what I'm saying is that, it's (that particular article) not politically correct, isn't it?

I have nothing to say about the site. Although, if you want Google Doc's opinion, their calculation puts the writing at the level of a 10th grader (15-16 years).

About that loony war plan article though, I'll say this:
Come and kill your brethren, nitwits.
