I'm six mini TimeOut bars away from eating a whole bag tonight. And my arm hurts like crazy. I was gonna use a synonym of 'bitch' but started to wonder why people used bitch instead of bastard.

Why do people say 'hurts like a bitch' instead of 'hurts like an ass/bastard/(insert favourable term)'?

Either way you define bitch (canine mammal or woman), it still seems weird.

I have just reached the midway point in my essay. 1177 words. Should I continue the rest tomorrow? My face is exploding with new pimples every night and some pimples really hurt.
