It's all marketing, I tell you. But which area don't have sucky management or security etc. wan? Black sheep ma!
Take for instance, the Waldorf Tower in Sri Hartamas. Looking at Google Maps ah, it looks like there are quite a few condos and apartments in the area. That's not too ideal if you want to invest in property there.
Why not? Because that means you have intense competition. You're gonna have to sell yourself like crazy. Even the sister apartment, Windsor Tower, is just beside it. I also read that the management was slow to act on complaints and problems.
And then you have the Bukit Kiara residences. Pretty suave area. Got CCTV la, keyless entry systems, and some canggih lighting system. This one, not so much of a problem la. Landed property ma. Very near amenities as well. But it's pretty expensive to consider as an investment. Might as well make it your retirement home.
It's competitor, the Sunway Palazzio is a lil different though, I think. It's energy and water efficient, and all the good-for-the-environment attributes. It seems like something that expats would like leh. But it's close to high tension cables. So not so nice la.
And there's the Matahari (exotic hor?). It has a feature wall (just like my room!) that showcases a stone carving by an artist from Bali.
Actually these places are pretty good if you want a luxurious home of your own and not for investment purposes la. Sri Hartamas good ma. Want to party? Right at your doorstep. Want to see more foreigners? Right at your doorstep. What to feel do some shopping? Right at your doorstep.
So convenient! But I don't know about the traffic there la.
