But I think the issue was how the form was designed. Malaysia likes to use the boxes to dictate the place of where each letter or numeral is located. So I had to type each letter and adjust them into place.

Then the hard part was to sign the form. Took me a few tries until I decided to just initial. It turned out okay. Macam computer-generated tu.. Hehe.
