I've always had knee pains when I jump. Or maybe when I do it a lil too enthusiastically. Sometimes climbing up the stairs can hurt, too.
I feel so fragile. Like I can break something very soon while doing normal things like walking. Then I tend to worry about when I get pregnant. People keep telling me that I've got a weak body.
But I honestly don't see it!! I have bad circulation, yes. But I don't get sick very often. I'm strong enough. A little stronger than other girls I know, I'd say.
Yeah.. I keep thinking of bad things that could happen when I go into labour in the future.
So the first step is to exercise! Yes!!
When I get back, I'm gonna go badminton and jog. And hopefully do some weight training with baby.
I WILL!! I've already made a promise. hAHAHA.
