Does she mean it?

Doesn't it feel wrong to say sweet things to one guy, the one guy you think you're going to spend your life with, and suddenly just turn away from him and say the same sweet nothings to another guy?

But it's hard to know whether you're right about The Guy because it's so subjective, isn't it?
