I read that raw vegetables make you feel full. So eating salads when you're dieting makes sense. Just keep the dressing on the low. And rather than taking pills, exercise and just move around more than you usually do. The results will take awhile, but you'll lose the calories for sure.
These methods take time. But if you want to go fast and somewhat natural, go for an intense exercise regime and diet and stuff. Those that are offered in slimming centres. But then it's not that great to lose a bunch of weight all of a sudden, because Sammi Cheng got asthma from it.
