Windows Live should really evaluate their customer service.

OmG la. I really, really don't like Windows Live lo. Their customer service is horrible.

The first issue was the MSN games unable to load. Just a white screen appears. I went to support forums and all looking for solutions. NOTHING.

Then it was an account closure thing. Emailed support so long ago, still no reply. Emailed twice. Now it's three times, but to a different address. This time quoting a support ticket number.

It's tempting to sign up for a Twitter account and tweet something about Windows Live. See if they reply anot. But I do realise that I don't have the rep to make it an issue. Hehehehe.

Maybe one day la.

on twitter, you dont need rep to make it an issue. that's if they run their twitter account like how southwest airlines and hp runs it. they just search for tweets mentioning their company, and if the author has an issue with them or their products, they'll reply asking if they can help, or provide contact details.
