Story time.

I just remembered about this hotline I used to call as a kid. The guy on the other line told us stories.

I remember this Chinese newscaster, Mr Moong (蒙润荣), or something, coming to our school to speak about something and also promoting this hotline. As a kid I didn't have extra curricular classes, so we would be watching TV, napping, or playing once we got back from morning session.

When I got bored, I'd call in and listen. It was a tape recording, obviously. So I had to strain a little when listening. And I wouldn't hang up. Haha. I'd listen for another story then drop the phone. And call back another ten minutes later. What a waste of money hor?
