Weight loss

I'm getting a little wider in the hip area. Gotta get me some weight loss training in my daily routine. Does skipping rope help? Sigh. I need to get running again. So.. I read on AskMen.com that jogging and weight training makes losing weight more effective. And you shouldn't keep to the same exercise regime the whole time. You might reach a plateau 'cause your body gets used to the thing and thinks it's not working hard for something but just to change a i.e. habit.
