Three months in.

What up, all? A little something about life post-Australia. (Did that make sense??)

Since I've been back, I've been out and about with my darling during his free time (cause he was working) and bumming for the remainder of the time. Not very healthy. Oh! I almost forgot. =D I did get some running in during the few months I've been back. Yay me.

But I've been down to no exercise (and no hand moisturising sessions) at all since Minah left us. For good. Initially, not for good. But it became for good about three weeks ago. So since then, I've been slaving away in the kitchen with Mum (it's just me and half Dad when Mum is away -____-.. Dad does the slicing and dicing and leaves it all to sit), with the occasional appearance by Hwey, and doing chores most of the day.

Cannot bear the dirty, sticky floors! I would mop the floor more often than what's currently planned if we didn't have to squeeze the water out of the mop head by hand. But then again, I'm not mopping the floors cause my hands are too small! HAHAHAHA.

Thinking of what to cook for every meal totally sucks. Minah is awesome for being able to do that for six wonderful years.

All this cooking and cleaning has gotten me more hang nails and garlic-smelling hands all day. One of my retreats is to shower with Dove Body Wash Beauty Moisture!! So, so fragrant.. My other retreat, which is pure awesomeness btw since I didn't even ask him to, was baby always asking me out so I can kick back and relax.

Why so awesome? Because I read an article on cohabitation, and it mentioned that if your partner is not sharing responsibilities for i.e. cooking meals, you can ask him/her nicely if he/she wanted to eat out so you can get out of the oily kitchen. Or something to that effect.

I didn't even have to ask and he offered to take me out. And I'm not even cooking for him!

Anyway, I've gotten so irritable since being in the kitchen. Can't pinpoint why that is. Maybe because I don't have a job yet. The pressure. Almost three months (though the first month plus was me executing my chilling plans), seven applications, and five interviews. Nadah. Going to be sending out another application sometime this week. Getting discouraged la. Whatever la. See how it goes.

Oh. Did I mention that I'm watching some nice series lately? Hwey downloads them and we kinda watch together with me sometimes peeking over her shoulder. HAHA. Rizzoli and Isles is great! And Bones and Grey's Anatomy just premiered. I also finally watched Serenity. It was pretty good. Yet to watch Battlestar Galactica. And The Proposal, Killers, HIMYM S3-5 (I need Season 3 and 4).

They've got Pop Tarts in Singapore!
