Touch wood, but if someone in the family passed on, I wouldn't know who the right 'professional' would be to call for funeral planning. They seem a bit low key, eh? Anyhow, it's chinese new year. The office is talking enough about death and all that, we don't need them here, too. We should all be grateful about being able to just breathe and do things some people aren't able to.
