I was at a forum this morning and we had to do a quick presentation just to share the results of our group discussion. To my surprise, these colleagues, who have way more experience than I do, were pushing the task around. Not one of them wanted to present, at all.
It's like, in college, we had to present because we were graded. Now that we're adults, we get to, politely, push the task to others? So many excuses..
Is taking 2 minutes to share your discussion with everyone else that hard? Just do the damn exercise and move on.
Whatever. More experience for me, less for you.
