7.30am: Event day!!!!!! Reached campus at 7.30am. Got the press kits packed and ready to go. Briefed the Media Relations team. And started waiting for the press to trickle in.
You know ar.. On Monday, the Media Relations team managed to get confirmation from 7 publications to attend the event. Seven. Tujuh. That's a lot. Our Head of Department was already happy with the 4 publications we confirmed earlier in the day. So, from here you can see how good we are, huh?
On the day of the event, 4 publications didn't make it. I mean, three did not come and one was late, and didn't make it in the end but rescheduled for tomorrow. So that's alright.
I'd say it was quite a success, except for a few glitches here and there. Completely normal. The fashion show was quite good, too. OHMY.. Jessie Dear and CC were sooo HOT!!
There was an interview with The Star (Youth) on the GLs. So watch out for me!! (No, not really.) It'll probably be in R.AGE or YouthTwo.
SPCA also loved the video presentation so much, that they asked if they could have it. WhhoOOoOooOo, go Eman!
12 something pm: Lester, Bernard and Tony came to college for I don't know what reason. But the whole thing was already over!! So they stayed on till 3pm, where Morning Moon will be practising using the amps and all.
But then we ran into another problem. Tony's sore throat was bad.. So the committee came up with an alternative. This I won't go into detail.
Who ask you guys not to come??!!
