SP - Medical Equipment

Recently I came to know about a guy who supplies anything to the government. ANYTHING. Stationary, chemicals, construction materials, medical equipment, etc. You name it. I wonder how much he makes by being a supplier to the government. But who gives a shit about the government for now? I don't.

My mum was telling me about this company in Taman Megah/Kelana Jaya. They manufactured the blood pressure monitor my mum bought a few years ago. Just before I came back to Malaysia, my parents took the cuff in to their office to be replaced. They came back out with a second-hand cuff (in good condition) free of charge. Now that's an awesome augmented product/customer service.

A product has three levels: core (transportation), actual (the vehicle itself) and augmented (warranty/free servicing) product.

I still remember my marketing! XD
