SP - Kitchen Faucet

My parents did a good job on the current house. Everything looks great and all. But I don't understand how the original kitchen faucets can be replaced in a couple of months after we moved in. Maybe the workmanship was bad, or the valve was just faulty. Who knows? But my favourite sink is the right sink, because the tap is easy to turn on and off.
