I keep getting shocked on my lap. It's not constant but it's frequent enough to annoy. And Dell isn't being very helpful at all. Email support is not working. It closes my application whenever I press 'submit'. Ten times! TEN HORRENDOUS TIMES!
I will try the online support again. Tomorrow. Now, to leave feedback about their website.

My GF's Dell XPS keep doing the same thing too. hers is always around the touchpad area. Dell support didnt help much. I suggest getting a transparent cover for ur laptop.
Erm, yesterday Dell sent someone over Wayne's place to replace his laptop's battery and motherboard eh. We just gave them a call and they sent someone over. F.O.C some more. :)
