Neck zits

Have you seen any one with neck acne (necne)?

I'm thinking that it'd be worse than bacne (back acne) because you might hurt the necne by turning your head. Ouch.

How about assne (acne on the bum)? How does it appear anyway? Is it because you sit too long on your butt? I'd like to think so but can't really explain why.
