Car insurance

Maybe the tau keis in Malaysia don't know this, but if you want to own a car, you must have car insurance. And your road tax and license all la. It's not as simple as getting your license and woo hoo! you get a car. Rubbish. I've always known for some things that there's a procedure to getting them, but I don't realise the extent, i.e. the documents, the fees, the authorities you have to go to, and the little nitty gritty details.
