Contemporary furniture

I like contemporary furniture yet I like the classic homey feel of plush couches and such. That's because I can't tell whether contemporary furniture is as comfy as old school couches. But I went to look inside a showroom for the developing Surian Residences, and, man.. the designer is good. I wish I lived there! I really love the idea of a condo. But that's just my never-lived-in-a-condo-before part talking.
