How to lose weight really fast

People want to know how to lose weight really fast. Based on Ma's friend's experience, she went through some really intense workout sessions, diet plans, and perhaps occasionally used machines that help. It worked. But she gained some of the weight back.

Currently, at my work place, there's a fitness programme that's similar to The Biggest Loser. In about 3 months, one guy successfully shed 18kg. Pretty good if you've seen his before and after pictures. He went for every workout session, sweat like crazy, and ate healthier.
