I feel so full.

Hadn't been feeling well on Wednesday and Thursday. Worst night ever. My last wind experience wasn't as bad as this. Ma thinks I had food poisoning to go with stomach wind, too. Bloatedness, vomitting, diarrhea, back aches, chest pains, and shortness of breath. Yay.

But I'm better now. Except I feel really bloated since lunch today and have been belching like nobody's business. Didn't have dinner. But had a small bowl of BR's Rum n' Raisin. And guess what I had for lunch? Two pieces of roti canai. And for breakfast, a sausage roll. I'm feel like I cannot stand to have bread anymore. I love bread, y'know!?

Feel so sickly. Urgh. Don't like that feeling. I need to get my game on!! Start being more productive and active. Can't just sit and wait for them to come into the office then ask them about stuff. And I need exercise.. How long have I been saying that.

I'm filthy. Gotta go and get cleaned and put on a mask. I've got zits all over my T-zone.

Great career, great relationships, great family, and ultimately, great life.
